Sometimes, helping people out on the internet can pay off.
For the past three or so years I’ve been the sole moderator for the pphlogger forums. Philip didn’t have time to look after the forums and answer questions, so I took the task on and did reasonably well when I was running the software.

The counter software is no longer in development and I don’t really have time to frequent the forum and answer support requests so I told Philip I would be cutting my time down on the forum. He thanked me for all the work and time I’d put into helping people and asked if he could send me some Swiss chocolate as a thank you.
Anyway, a couple of months passed and this morning a parcel arrived at the door. I was expecting maybe one of two bars of chocolate. I got thirty!

Thirty bars of chocolate is going to take me a while to get through, but I’ll give it my best shot! Thanks go to Philip.
Just shows that helping people out does have its advantages. I’ve a new place to help out now :)

One of my friends, Alex, has just returned from a trip to Sweden.
This evening he brought to the pub, some of the chocolates that he’d purchased whilst he was out there.
Whilst they tasted very nice, i think the company who makes them needs to look at their naming convention!
