Twenty SomethingTwenty Something by Iain Hollingshead is definetely worth checking out. Maybe not to everyones liking, but still worth a read.

It’s funny, rude, entertaining and rather true to a twenty something living and working London. It’s just under a few hundred pages long and I’ve got about forty left. Not bad considering I received it on Tuesday.

I’ve decided I need to read more books and I’ve got a small stack, which I purchased from Amazon, to get through on my desk.
I even bought Plato - The Last Days of Socrates because I thought it might be interesting to read. I’ll write a review on that once I start reading it!

Imagine how chuffed I was this morning when I looked in my inbox and found an email from Digital Photography School, saying that I’d won their camera review competition!

About a month ago I posted about writing a review for the Canon 5D. It’s that 1,415 word “essay” that won me five great books that I can’t wait to receive. Here’s what I went for out of the list of books.

Digital SLR Pro Secrets by David D. Busch
The Complete Guide to Night and Low-Light Photography by Lee Frost
Digital Macro Photography by Ross Hoddinott
The Photoshop Channels Book by Scott Kelby
Complete Digital Photography by Ben Longben

I’ve just finished reading a great book. Stel Pavlou, Decipher

I’m always one for a fact filled techy/geeky book and this filled my needs for a couple of weeks!

Right, ive been working on a new feature for all the friends of mine. Should be interesting to see if it takes off. I hope so as it has taken a long time to configure, test and basically put together!
