The Honda Civics between America and here are very very different! This is the style I currently drive, just in Silver. I suspect it’s a bit smaller than the US counterpart!

Insurance generally sucks. Likelihood is you won’t actually need or use it. The prices over here get pushed up by people that don’t have insurance.

I’ve always thought of the Honda Accord and the Civic to be very “Long Island” cars because they’re very popular cars here. For some reason i’m a bit amused to read that you drive a Civic.

I’m a fan of Mitsubishi, myself. I’m quite pleased with my Galant.

I had my car insurance under my mother’s name because it was cheaper, but two years ago I finally moved it under my name. Anyway, I have a spotless driving record… never gotten a ticket… and I still feel let down when I go to look for lower insurance quotes. I got a bit excited last year when I found a really low quote, but then I was denied because I hadn’t had insurance under my own name for long enough… maybe i’ll try again when my insurance is up in November.

Sigh. So, I do feel your pain. Though I know I have it easier than a young male who wants to drive a sports car. :)

I will agree with that to some degree. A lot of the people who had lunch at Chinawhites never went to watch the polo.

Well you could say that there are two resons for the lower than expected standards at Chinawhites; the first being that many people only come for the evening party and are not followers of polo (polo players may get vocal with each other at times but they rarely resort to violence); the second is mixing alcohol with sun - there were even streakers which is a first on International day!

Agree, just had the same problems. Could not even sign up as my postcode did not pass validation as the UK form kept reverting to the US form on submit. Annoying as hell. The website concept is simple enough and they can’t even get tht right. Crapola.
