does anyone remember the bright orange cheese spread that you used to get in jars. St Ivel and sunpat used to make it, but it disappeared leaving me lost and bewildered and toast just doesn’t taste the same. think i was about 10 when it was kidnapped by aliens..*sob* please come back all is forgiven.

Hehe. The orange cheese spread in a can is called “Easy Cheese.” That’s the kind of stuff you’d put on a cracker (Like the Ritz brand) at say, a party.

Or there’s also ‘Squeezy Cheese’ I think it has about a 40% cheese content. Mmmmm! To me Cheese comes in blocks not i squeezy bottles and certainly not in cans. Pressurised dairy products dispensed through nozzles are not for me sir.

I remember Sun Pat Cheese, used to come in a brown glass jar, which came in a cardboard box.

i remember sunpat cheese spread and i loved it two kinds one with a green lid and one with a red lid, please sunpat bring it back, no cheese spread i have ever tried has compared to it, not even dairy lea!

It great to know I’m not the only one who would like to have the famous orange cheese back. The last helping I had was in 1992 I used to have it on toast, creakers and it goes nicely in mash potatoes.

I so agree with all the above, if sunpat brought it back 1 it would save me a fortune because my husband keeps trying various ones on the market none with any comparison to sunpat and two it would stop him harping on about!!!
I was about 10 aswell, used to also have it spread really thick on ritz crackers round at my nan’s! It used to come in a brown glass jar with a bright orange lid, which was the same colour as the cheese spread! Please bring it back!!

when i was a kid i used to get sunpat orange cheese spread, its the only cheese i used to eat, i loved this cheese and miss it so much,, but the uk seems to have stoped makeing it, Why what happened to this lovely delight.
a friend at uni found the US version, squeezy cheese in sainsburys and swore by it. but now i cant see it on the shelves. damn shame really, without that all american burger fix.
and don’t forget, easy squeezy cheese and squeezy cheesy peas from ‘the fast show’. hoho.
sun pat cheese spread is a big memory of my chilhood. i loved it spread thickly on toast. i was a very fussy eater but sun pat was my favourite food.i can still remember the jar now with the orange lid, there also use to be a jar with a green lid which was amilder flavour. bring back sun pat cheese spread,,pleeease!!!!!

I am so glad i have found other lovers of sunpat cheese spread it used to be my favourite! i was devastated when they stopped selling it. Even after all of these i still look for it every week in the supermarket. Please sun pat if you are reading this please bring it back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
wahhh I loved the orange cheese spread, I used to have it on toast with Beans on top.. it was our “courting morning food” we’ve been married 12 years now, so bring it back and spread more love food!!!
sun pat cheese was lovely, u can’t get it at all now well sad , it was the best thing as when i was a kid . for a long time i was looking for it in the supermarket but u can’t get it now .please sun pat bring it back it was lovely
